Before anyone works with our customers in their homes, we confirm who they are. Send a clear selfie and a photo of your government ID (driver's licence, passport or Ontario photo card). Both are stored privately, used only for this check and never shared.

What happens next

  1. We read your application. Ethan, the owner, looks at every one personally. Trades, years of experience and the areas you cover tell us which jobs would suit you.
  2. A short call. If it looks like a fit, we phone or email to talk about the kind of work you want, your rates and your availability. Bring a few photos of recent jobs if you have them.
  3. Your first job. We start with one job and see how it goes for the customer, for you and for us. Good work leads to more work: we have been serving York Region since 2019 and most of our customers come back or refer a neighbour.
  4. Plumbing and electrical. That work is always done by licensed tradespeople. If that is you, tick the licence box and tell us your licence type in the notes.
